There is, you know. It is a powerful experience to sculpt- it can also be very humbling as well. This is Bianca. She originally was planned as a standing sculpture, but I wasn't satisfied with that so I decided to completely change her pose. The power part... :)
Then the task began to complete a rather complex pose. The humbling part. I kept at it though- and am happy with her results. Anyway, here she is, complete with a rather ornate headpiece. Hope you like her!

If I only had just the talent you have in your finger nail I would be amazing. Deb there is truly no words to describe your talent. I am at a loss for words. I just am in awe.
Your work is so amazing! I have your website bookmarked. Thanks for sharing so many wonderful advice. I've only been working with polymer clay for about 2 years and I love it. I love "fairies" and hope to someday be as good as you are.
Gorgeous!
Sprite,
Thank you! This was one of my most favorite pieces too!
Veronica, it's nice to see you here again- I've been absent most of the summer, I'm afraid. Now I hope to be blogging more frequently!
Kathy,
Thanks for visiting! I do wish you the best of luck in your work- it sure is addicting!
